This course includes: Part 1: The Internal Study and a personalized Assessment Report, Part 2: The Feedback Loop and an additional personalized Assessment Report, and Part 3: Telling Your Story takes you step-by-step in how to set goals, ideate, create & execute, and launch a self-promotion campaign.
This part of the course is designed for people who want to understand their unique talents and strengths both professionally and personally. You will set short and long term goals and take an in-depth look into your personal, professional, and creative life. After you complete the Internal Study, you will receive an assessment report that is individualized specifically for you. Many people have diverse interests and Part One summarizes areas of focused interests and gives suggestions to using these interests in self-promotions. Often people don’t recognize their unique strengths as anything exclusive to them. Instead they feel it is an instinctive talent they feel everyone possesses. This part of the course will identify your instinctive, personal strengths as well as reveal your creative SuperPowers.
The information gained from Part Two can be utilized to paint a clearer picture of your strengths both professionally and personally. Most of the time we see ourselves from a warped or skewed perspective. Often others do not see us the way we see ourselves. This can be eye-opening and encouraging to those who deal with a negative self-image and reveals an honest view of how you are perceived by others. The exercises within this part of the course can help you crush your internal negative self-talk and allow you to see the impact and impression you leave on others. After your feedback team has completed their surveys you will receive an assessment report based on their answers. These answers will allow you to better understand your strengths as well as your weaknesses. Included in this report is a list of possible topics and themes on which to focus your self-promotion pieces.

You will break down the information gathered from the internal study, feedback team, and the assessment documents you were sent from the Recharging You Team. You will create a focused statement that communicates the essence you are conveying regarding your strengths and talents. Then we guide you in finding clients that need your unique SuperPowers and teach you how to connect with them. Then you will get busy, creating your story and we will supply you with ideas as to how you can go about creating these as well as tell you how to share them. Then you will test, optimize, release, then be able to repeat what you have done with new stories and more messages that help communicate your SuperPowers to the world.

Course Outcomes/Deliverables: The SuperPower Guide
- Identify your personal strengths
- Identify your design SuperPowers
- Create a list of goals: six month, one year, and three year goals.
- Understand how to utilize these strengths to achieve your goals
- Communicate stories that reveal these strengths and talents through self-promotion pieces, interviews, visual presentations and pitches, and at networking events
- Create at least one series of self-promotion designs based on the information we gather and your career goals
- Develop a schedule to create and publish a self-promotion series (including where and when it will be broadcasted)
- Identify and Understand your ideal audience
- Establish an accountability system
You will create both short and long term goals you are hoping to accomplish personally/professionally during the course and after you complete the course.
A self-assessment survey that looks at your personal and professional life to find strengths and areas of interest.
You will assemble a team of four to five people to answer some questions about you. It is best if these people know you in different capacities.
We will delve into the areas you want to explore and understand and list your core values.
Analyze the Assessment Reports from the Recharging You team for Part One & Part Two. Condense your message into consumable chunks to use in different settings for marketing yourself.
You will find an Accountability Coach, this person ideally is someone who is organized and will hold your feet to the fire.
Determine who your ideal client is and create a research document for each company. Find shared values and research the decision makers. Determine ways in which your expertise and strengths can help the company increase sales, educate a wider audience, . Create a company profile for each potential client. You will make a list of possible stories you can tell that will resonate with each potential client and their customers.
This module will go over the basics of storytelling and guide you in devising a schedule and create your first three stories based on one theme. Set up a critique with designers you trust and value their advice. Revise the first three and begin at least two more stories within the same theme.
Plan the release of each of the stories. Analyze best format/platforms to release. Test with different hashtags, days of the week, and times of day, finding which are optimal for each ideal client.
Continuing to share on different platforms other than social media, these might be more niché places including online and offline venues frequented by your ideal clients.
